ANXIETY AS A BAROMETER: A NEW PARADIGM FOR HEALTHY LIVING

Anxiety refers to a range of experiences resulting from worry or fear of something. Anxiety can be normal reaction to circumstances, an exaggerated response, or a pathological condition.
